I’ve lived here more than a year now and really can't say I enjoyed this place.. the reasons are: Noisy neighbors, the water has been shut down 7 times+ in less than a year with no compensation for the issue! - the internet (which is included in the rent) is very very very slow!!! (When it works), - the door gate has been broken 4 times already with slow repairs, - my packages have been stolen 3 times and my mailbox broken once! - and with all of those issues my rent has been increased by $400 per month! I pay about $1800 for a two bedrooms apartment! This is ridiculous! SORRY BUT HONESTLY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACEI

This review is NOT going to be helpful for anyone! I only give this apartment complex 4 stars because I can usually get access inside to stalk... I mean do "low-level reconnaissance" on the guy I am madly in love with 😍 The gym and pool area are nice, and it's also pretty quiet. Also, "supposedly" there are ducks that hang around this place and every time I've been there, I haven't seen any, so the person who lives in the 2060's block of apartments is not only a catfish, but a fraud!

There would be two different prices depending on if you get the upgraded apartment or not. I just moved in last month and love it! I dont know what the amount would be for a two bedroom but for my upgraded 1 bed apartment its 1212 a month. That is including the technology package which is your cable and internet. Hope this helps
