I've been coming here for years because you can not beat the price on oil changes. I have come 3 weeks in a row and they are closed. They said one week it was because everyone called out sick, last week was no staff scheduled. How do you close an entire department down for so many consecutive weeks. Not only was it a waste of time and gas at the time where gas is almost $7 a gallon. I give up and will have to take my vehicle elsewhere.

Very easy and painless to get an oil change. Just be prepared to wait 30 to 60 minutes. Just plan to do some shopping which I did worked out perfect. They send you updates via text messages, on the progress of your oil change. The best thing is the cost $23.00 to $40.00 depends on oil type. Their hours at 7a to 7p.

Battery Is struggling to turn over. Their test reveals battery needs charging. Diagnostic can not continue. Despite the fact my zip code prompted discussion of 20 miles driven to get there. They insist on retest that shows CCA is only 688 out of specified 730. These circumstances & results indicate a failing battery. Yet management would rather battery deteriorate further because test still considers result good. Under protest I am told return demonstrate pattern of less than specified CCA before manager discretion allows exchange under warranty. This is horrible customer service & inconvenient!

This was by far the BEST experience of maintaining my car... The Staff works together so well and projects a SAFE and Professional environment.... AWESOME TEAM...... They changed the Oil, Rotated and Balanced the tires in a timely manor... Yancy and Angel were very courteous and competent as well as the entire staff were so friendly... THANK YOU!!!!!!

I've called 8 times and they just hang up, or answer give minimal info and hang up without me being able to respond. Pt put me on hold for 15 min, then hang up. Very rude, poor customer service Like

They replaced my burnt out head light bulb today (Sat.3/05/22 morning after working all night). A nice guy named Daniel figured out how to do it in no time. Only $7.50 labor charge plus price of headlight bulb. After paying I looked at my receipt of $32.62 I saw that I was charged for 2 headlights. I should have went right back in there to question the charge but was to tired & needed to get home. Once home...the charged bothered me. I called several times but kept getting hung up on. Finally another nice guy named David answered the phone. He agreed with me that I was double charged. The cashier actually charged me for my old burnt out bulb that Daniel gave back to me. David said he would give me a refund if I could get there in the next couple of days. I decided to drive all the way back to Walmart & even though I probably used my -$12.96 refund on gas I give them 5 stars for customer service. I will go back there again.
Yes they do oil changes, but state inspection, I'm sure what that is?

You don't know i would be very careful and if possible do the oil change yourself.
