After much googling and online research I chose to visit South Bay Mazda to test drive a certified used vehicle. Charlie Pham was of great help throughout the entire visit from start to finish. He oriented me to the car and all of its features. I decided to purchase and him and the team worked with me to figure out a financing plan that we both agreed on. I am very pleased with my experience and felt they were honest and straightforward throughout the process. Jamie, the individual in finance, explained the additional packages I could add to the purchase, and was also very thorough in the paperwork process. I appreciated the whole experience and I’m super happy with my decision to visit this dealership.

I'm so thankful to the team at South Bay Mazda, especially Kathy Nguyen for her outstanding customer service. She was very diligent in making sure that all issues were resolved timely. I want to thank her for making sure that my car repairs were completed the same day and helping me get my car before the weekend. Stephen Morici, her manager, was also very helpful. He made sure all issues with my insurance were resolved in a timely manner. Thank you team! You guys are awesome!!!

0 stars for service and their customer service. Don't bring your car in to this dealership for any recall. For safety reasons, I no longer trust them with my vehicle. I had a recall for my airbags and in the act of getting this fixed the mechanic broke my rear view camera and it's mount. Once I arrived after they replaced the recalled airbags, they simply told me to replace the camera and they would reimburse me. Simple enough. Now that the replacement has arrived, "Mark Ag." (Service director) changed his mind and said they won't be reimbursing me or replacing the camera. I was asked "Why would I replace a $150 camera?", by the service director. Because you broke it. How you become a mechanic and can't remove simple accessories from a car is baffling and worrisome considering these are the same technicians working on our cars that we drive daily. No accountability. I guarantee you that any other mechanic wouldn't have broken this accessory or would have removed it before working on the car. Especially considering it was just some simple adhesive. It takes 15 seconds. Neglect or ignorance or accident? I came out with more damages and lost money trying to get my car fixed. If a phone accessory can be this complicated for your techs, why are they working on cars? Take some responsibility for your actions. I would rather drive an hour in traffic to the next mechanic than go to these "techs". I recommend you do the same.

This is the second time I’ve leased a car from South Bay Mazda and despite the shortage in vehicles everyone is experiencing, Mazda took care of me. Charlie Pham made the whole process a breeze. I turned in my last car with no problem and Charlie was great at working quickly to get me into a new car with the upgrades I was looking for at the price I wanted. If you want a nice car that doesn’t break the bank, go to Mazda and ask for Charlie!
