Lots of law offices calculate and place a monetary amount on recovery based on the amount of medical bills. Our office calculates these damages differently by a thorough interview of our client and trying to determine how their lives have changed based on the injuries they have sustained as the result of the vent that we are representing them for. Or instance, someone can have a broken leg that required surgery but the bills are very low because health insurance paid for the bills. We determine the client’s recovery, need for future care, residual permanent complaints, and an overall assessment of how the injury has affected our client’s quality of life at home and at work.

We need a client that is injured to begin with. We can handle almost everything else as this is what we have done since 1993.

We do not look for these cases. We help clients obtain property damage, loss of use and rental as a courtesy if they retain us for their injury case.
