I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everyone has done a really good job and they’re all very nice. But where I have the issue is pricing is t consistent. Seems like every time I go, which I regularly come get a full every other week, I get charged either $35 or $40. I never know what I’m going to pay. That’s a bad business practice. Let alone I was just there March 20th and you charged $1 to use a card. Just came today April 3rd now you charge $2 to use a debit card. You need to inform your clients, especially regular clients, if price increases. If you can afford to pay the fee that’s associated with card payments then you should probably be cash only. I myself am a licensed cosmetologist and BY LAW your manicurists MUST have their licenses showing while performing services; which is leaving me to believe that some of the manicurists are not licensed. BIG RED FLAG. It’s a shame because I haven’t received a bad service here but your pricing needs to be consistent. You have lost a client for good.

Horrible, don't do it - they kept trying to upsell me on my pedicure, but then they didn't communicate and gave me a basic manicure, when I asked for the deluxe. There was a roach crawling through the store that prompted a mopping session, and they plugged up a giant fan right next to my chair, even though there were multiple open empty chairs with plugs next to them and one of the chairs had food trash crammed behind it, they never cleaned that up. There were bad attitudes from the manicurist, and then my gel manicure didn't make it a week before they started chipping.

I have been to many nail salons BUT I truly loved my nails this time. Thank you Le you are the best. She was amazing. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen.
