I scheduled a service called Bounce where I can drop off my luggage and store it for the day. I was coming off a cruise and my flight didn't leave until the evening so I figured I'd hang out at the fashion center. The employees knew nothing about this service. They were super friendly and listened to me, but I blame the manager or corporate office for not informing the staff about this service being offered. The employees aren't mind readers, they need administrative support to train properly about services. I gave 3 stars because the employees were nice, just confused.

Extremely poor customer service! They advertise mobile updates, email updates, mail notification, call in for mail check, and they don’t do any of it. You call at different times of the day and they never pick up. It rings multiple times and goes to a Google voice number. Also, you try to talk to them and they were extremely rude! I’ve been a customer here for almost 6 years and since the new owner took over about a year and a half ago, customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Brianna had the biggest attitude and Chris is no help as a manager!!

I've already sent parcels several times, but the last time shortly before Christmas only half arrived, the other half, (the jewelry) had been stolen. I had the nice employee pack the jewelry in the branch and she could see what was in the package. Of course, I don't know whether the theft happened in the branch or on the way to the recipient. however, it is very disappointing. yesterday I sent a voucher and it also told the lady in the branch that there was a voucher in the letter .. let's see if it will arrive.
