They don't charge to drop off paint, nor do they pay. Not sure which you're asking. They accept paint from OC residents free of charge and they have a paint exchange program where you can take up to 5 items per week, also free of charge. Hope this helps.
They don’t pay you for turning in your hazardous waste. But they make it super easy. You don’t even have to get out of your car.
