If you want to contest a parking citation you must put in writing. When you do they tell you they have no rights to do anything to go to Anaheim pd. When you go and weight for an hour a old man comes out takes his time looking for your contest form looks it over and tells you he can't help you you have to take it to court now i have spent over four days and over four hours to find out i need to take it to court i guess the City of Anaheim fills your time is not worth anything. But if i paid for legal services the. City mite not mess with you

I would think If he is the landlord so as long as it's not any chemicals or old paint buckets. He can use his trash cans or dumpsters if your unable to have your trash picked up start taking pictures the night before with it soo full you can't add yours to it and then with it left behind when the trash truck emptied the can and couldn't grab your trash. If that where the case then I'm sure they would work with you on leaving room or giving you a discount Or get a bigger can
