I have been living here for a year now and I love the amenities, dog park, silence, and most of all the rooftop. The management is (or at least the old ones) was a little slow when it comes to resolving issues and taking admin decisions but overall it's all good.

I love living at Edge. The leasing staff was so helpful when I was trying to find the right apartment for me. The property management team are so communicative and helpful! The property is always clean and it's very modern and updated. Living here is safe and they hold many resident events and cute pet-friendly activities.

One star for the couple nice girls in the leasing department. And one star for the amenities/ the interior of the apartments. But not worth it, don’t do it. I can not wait for the lease to be up!! The restrooms in the amenities are usually out of soap, and/or toilet appear, paper towels etc Gym never has any wipes to clean the machines. Terrible neighbors. Mail gets stolen. Parking is a joke. We were given one designated spot and waitlisted for another and a year later still on the waitlist. Both me and my bf have been towed from our own parking garage. The coolest thing though that’s happened since we’ve been here is a toss up between the motorcycle getting stolen or our car getting broken into. Also, stolen cars have in fact been dumped here and I’d be willing to bet there are multiple abandoned cars in the lot that have been there for months. I keep an extremely sanitary and clean home.. We've have bugs for months now and I’ve notified staff multiple times and no one has ever came to get rid of them. Now everyone has their own experiences but mine is an overall terrible experience. Rent is way too much to be having this many serious problems .

Update: After living here for more than 20 months, I realized that many things have changed. The management team(ConAm) was replaced by a new group (GREY STAR), and it seems that was the beginning of the problems. After that, they were able to rent most of the units here; the safety of the building is in awful condition. There was a break into our storage. They stole some of our valuable belongings. That was the second rubbery during the last three months we are facing. The first one was into our car. Recently we received an email from the manager that said it was a burglary in this building too. I have heard from other neighbors about experiencing the same issues. It seems the building isn’t safe, and the manager isn’t able to do anything. We are very disappointed because this was a remarkable building before. We expected them to do something practical. But all they do is talking. This building was an excellent place for living before, but now it seems like a dangerous place. *The community is great for living in peace. The staff are helpful and kind. The units are so lovely and I really enjoy living here. After six months living here I can say this place is awesome.
