This is LITERALLY the worst experience I ever had at a post office. I put in a hold mail through the website and got confirmation number and everything. Come to find it the carrier didn't get the information EVEN THOUGH I got a confirmation. DYSFUNCTIONAL awful experience, if you can avoid having to go here the better.

I came at my lunch time and took a super long line to ship a package. I didn't tape it with the right tape as USPS required. The woman clerk (only 1 clerk) is very rude and speak super fast since I can't hear her clearly because of her mask is on. I feel like I came to beg for for something free. Too bad customers service here.

Honestly worse service ever. Elaine was very ok with allowing the line to build up while a customer that had not finished their passport application finished it up at the front. Then when I pointed it out to her she decided to give her personal opinion about myself that I obviously didn’t have a passport. (I do btw) The comment I felt was extremely judgmental. I pointed out the obvious which was her not being considerate of the line building up and she attacked me with a personal opinion? I’ll never go back and will be reporting her to HR.

There's a lot of bad reviews about the staff so I was hesitant to go to this location but that was not my experience at all. I got there a few minutes before opening, there was already a line. A nice lady with a clear voice welcomed us with "good morning" and opened the door a couple of minutes early so the line could file in. She gave instruction to those picking up packages. I told her I was only there to drop a package and she showed me where to put it. When I left I told her thank you and have a nice day and she responded in kind.

You should call the PO to ask them and let them know. Don't think the PO would have a reason or do that. =^..^=
I suggest you do, because all post carriers need to be trained equally!!!
Well....this is not really a question about the post office at all, just a know how to park and be courteous about it!!!!
Usually they do that but if some reason which I honestly don't know why, they will knock for signature but if no answer they return it to post office and send you a notice since they will not usually ever try another day or time as far as I know. So call maybe under some circumstances they might try again but most likely you will have to go pick up
