Good customer service once you get a USPS representative... however, to get to a representative sometimes there is a wait in excess of 15 minutes. The location is heavily understaffed.

I have always been a supporter of the USPS. For my experience, postal employees have always done the job in a professional and friendly manner. BUT The management of this Post Office have forgotten what their mission is all about. During non working hours the doors are locked and there is no access to the lobby or the post office boxes. In addition, this has to be the only post office that YOU CANNOT MAIL A LETTER IF THEY ARE NOT WORKING. No joke. They have no drop box or way to leave an item for mailing. Been this way for over a year now. Hard to believe.

I’ve recently moved near this USPS location and my experience has been terrible. I have never had issues with packages/mail not being delivered, but since I moved, I have not received packages even though they’ve been marked as “delivered.” They never answer the phone and they are very irritable when speaking to customers. It’s disappointing.
