It's a good place to rent. But the office staff is unprofessional. They just hang around to pass time, lazy, unhelpful, rude, disrespectful to tenants, and potential customers.

My grandma lives here and the manager constantly harasses her and deliberately tows her car by going out at 3 am and checking her car with flashlights even if her parking pass didnt expire. The person who writes her pass crosses out the date because of ”mistakes” and tells us “it’s fine” but my grandma presisted that its not but this caused us to get towed at and have a 300$+ fee. My guess is that the manager and the towing company are working together to get at us at all costs. The manager is one greedy person. I advise not stay here. Management is terrible.
