I moved to the area 1 year ago and have had service work, oil changes and bought new tires for my 2008 Fj cruiser. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the wait time has always been minimal. Customer service is an A plus and Sir Mozey gives them a paws up!!!

I put new control arms on my truck so I went in for an alignment. A month later my tires were ruined full tread on the outside and down to cords on the inside. Called made an appointment for them to look at it, but when I went in they said they couldn't do anything because I had stuff in my bed.

Disappointment. Definition of my experience. I had heard good things about this shop and my wife needed an alignment. So I called and made an appointment. 2 weeks out but that's OK, I understand. Her ac quit working the week before I made the appointment so I decided to have them check it as well. I explained that the ac had a leak and i had tried to put store nought freon but it leaked out in less then 24 hours. Told the gentleman that my wife would be bringing her car but not to call her with the information to call me. She doesn't understand cars enough to chat about it or make a decision. So she take it in and tells them to call me. What happens, 20 minutes later they call her to pick up her car. Stating that they can not work on it. Steering parts need replaced and since I had put store bought r134 they wouldn't even look at it. So I call them and get told the same thing. Why wasn't I told about this from the beginning? Why did they not call me. No answer just sorry we weren't aware of this. Wait what? So I spoke with Jason, manager I assume, and he just assures me that he will talk with his staff about it. Ok fine. So I asked if they had an estimate to fix the alignment and he tells me that they haven't but they will when my wife picks up the car. I expressed how unhappy I was about the whole situation but I was still considering having the work done. Guess what happend? My wife picks the car up and ask for the estimate and they tell her they didn't write one up, that I had other plans! Very unprofessional and besides saying sorry they didn't care at all. The original guy just gave me attitude and the second was not helpfull either. So I get home and my wife tells me how rude they were when she picked it up. Acted like they didn't have time for her. I will not be going back and I hope they nobody else does.

Our technicians are supposed to wear masks when entering customer vehicles. Our front counter staff are supposed to put on their mask as soon as they come out from behind the Plexiglass divider to go out to vehicle. We have steering wheel covers.
