DO THEY TAKE WASHERS AND DRYERS AND CHEST TYPE FREEZER FOR SCRAP.

They will take washers and dryers but will not take any freezers because of the refregirent inside of them unless they are empty. For freezers/fridge you can take those to Glenn County Land Fill in Artois

How about water coolers to the salavage yard in Orland. .
