Its unfortunate that zero stars isnt an option. Apparently, leasing a car and buying my current car from Mercedes Benz Anaheim (MBA) isnt worthy of geting a loaner car during service. One can buy/lease a Mercedes from any dealership, so it call comes down to quality of service. And its obvious that MBA fails miserably in that category. My Class B was due and, like Ive done for the last 5 years, I took it in for service. This time I was told that my factory warranty had expired and they wouldnt give me a loaner. I explained that my factory warranty was good for another 12 months (June 2023), but was told that they changed their policy and would only provide me with a a free Lyft ride. At that point, knowing I would never again step foot in that dealership again, I played along and gave them my address. They then told me I was past the 15 mile radius for the free Lfty ride and was denied that as well. I then continued my complaint about how I was being treated, especially after being such a loyal customer to MBA. The person said they would speak to their manager about my concerns and call me back after lunch. That was last Tuesday. Apparently, they take very long lunches at MBA because I've yet to receive that call.

So I got a quote online to buy my car for $35,400. When I get there they offer me 27k. They claim the market slowed down. But I got the quote the night before! Classic bait and switch. The salesman was very friendly but they didn’t honor their quote online.

Very nice dealership. Had to drive all the way from Studio City to find the dealer that wold accommodate what and how we wanted things. Dealt with salesman Michael Sullivan who was great. The whole transaction was smooth and there was no push/pull. Very clean facility, extremely friendly staff and great inventory. We initially went to Mercedes in Beverly Hills but the vibe just wasn't that great there and after tons of phone conversations etc the dealership in Anaheim just won on all aspects. Can highly recommend.

Outstanding service team ! During a recent vehicle issue we contacted the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Anaheim and they jumped into action. From coordinating road side assistance to obtaining a loaner vehicle the service was outstanding. Brian and Ivan, thank you. And a big shout out for David Ranciglio. His regular and timely communication was so helpful. He made the repair detail clear and understandable, he was polite and proactive. Thank you. And, the video uploads of the vehicle inspection is a brand new and super valuable feature. Way to go ! Thank you again team….it was a pleasure.

They either disputed the review or Google is attempting to validate it (location settings...). Local Guides usually don't get priority on the low star ratings...
If you get a service, you can get a wash.... not a good wash .......you get what you pay for...... after they washed my car I took it to orange hand car wash and had them clean the car....... so, there's that. :)
