Tracking showed insufficient address info even though everything is correct, and now they return to sender w/o even holding for pickup?

Customer service is pretty decent. I don't talk much with the employees I just go up front to pick up packages and that is it. Although this USPS is very picky with package labels for there PO BOXES and will send it back if the name is misspelled

I'd like to give a feedback on usps service in Anaheim in general. I moved from other city a few years ago, and noticed my mail service is not good as my previous one... they keep loosing packages which said they're delivered, getting wrong mails for others... Today, i received another wrong mail from social service matter for wrong address, and last week my neighbor found my license certificate on the ground wet and ruined right next to our mailboxes... you should talk and do something about this.... the quality of deliver service for mail is very POOR...

This postal office is full of lazy liars. My package was going to be sent back to sender because not enough address information and the next day I went to the post office if I could pick it up there before it gets shipped back. The lady that attended me said that the package was already being sent back. But on my phone 2 days later it said that it was barely being sent back. NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN. Never trusting this PS again

Better yet, go in person and talk to Rudy
I don't think you could
Unfortunately there are some bad apples, but the majority of mail carriers are not like that. Call to make a complaint, and make sure you get the name of the supervisor that you talk to. If you are able to get a hold of the postmaster, even better.
Yes, the post office does replace lost passport. You will need to fill out the form (DS-64), more information locates on the front page of the form which you can obtain on the website or at your local post office
