This office is the worst. Our business is in this office area and we have a pick up scheduled every day. Anytime the NORMAL driver takes a day off our mail is not picked up at the same time if at all. We have been instructed to leave the mail out if the guy is late and they will pick it up. Once again I showed up this morning to 4 full mail bags that sat out over night and didn't ship when required as they didn't pick up or contact us to let us know they were not going to do what they have ptomised to do everyday. WE COULD DROP IT OFF IF WE WERE TOLD NO PICK UP BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON.

This is based on living at my current address for the last 10 years. Service has gone way down in the last few years, especially for packages that were ordered directly through Amazon. Package delivery error has increased to the point that this week alone 2 packages were delivered to the wrong address. This isn't the regular delivery guy, this is the person responsible for delivering packages only. I don't even think they look at the addresses when dropping packages. Absolutey horrible!

Helpful staff with management that cares. Service has continually improved over the past few years. This is a popular post office hub for both homes and businesses so lines can sometimes be long if you come at a busy time (it gets super busy, then completely empty, rotating back and forth throughout the day), but they do a lot more than other local post offices to be efficient, listen and help.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This postal office is absolutely horrendous. On SEVERAL occasions, we have had our mail not be delivered. On one occasion, the envelope was delivered empty and there was no explanation. Many times have my packages said they were delivered and nothing was there even though I was home all day. Nothing was ever delivered. But today was the last straw. While I know that it is raining and I appreciate our mail carriers still delivering in the rain... EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF OUR MAIL was lying in the water on our front walkway in the rain. The mail was soaked and there were multiple checks delivered that now have to get replaced because of the failure to put the mail into our mailbox. I am outraged honestly at the complete lack of professionalism.

Last time i checked the answer was yes.

How do I begin to look for a letter that was mailed out to my home on November 22, 2019. I never received it.

It depends on how the letter was sent and if it has tracking. If your letter was sent by 1st class, there is no tracking in "most" cases. Start off first by finding out how your package was sent, verify the address it was sent to is correct (your address), and obtaining the tracking number, if available. Also, was the address written legibly? If your package was sent by 1st class and has no tracking number, you may be out of luck, though it may just take a very long time to get to you because it was initially routed incorrectly. You can try asking housemates/neighbors if they received your mail by mistake, and while USPS likely can't do much because they have no insight without tracking, it doesn't hurt to ask and report the missing mail to your local post office, online, or by phone. If your package has tracking, you can track it on USPS' website. The tracking will give insight as to where your package is, if it got rerouted, returned, or potentially lost.

You can put in a vacation hold if it's very soon go to your local post office if you have time you can do it online at usps.gov
