I have heard great things so I trusted the receptionist with the private information of the reason for my discomfort. She asked if I was coming in due to a car accident or Worker’s Comp., and I told her no, I was coming in because of a domestic violence injury. After my initial appointment was set, I got a call back from the receptionist and she left a message on my phone stating that she needed to get a few more details before our appointment. When I called back, she said that the chiropractor couldn’t see me anymore and negate it to give a factual reason why and just seemed nervous and unprofessional. NOT TRUSTED.

Great and clean facility. This is my first time doing it and the overall experience was good. However the adjustments is very short (5mjn) and wish it could have done it longer.

I came in this morning because my back has been in so much pain for the last two weeks especially after this weekend going to Vegas Grand Canyon taking Family out to sightsee I was in need of an adjustment came in expecting maybe I sit there wait 20 minutes before it was my turn and another 5 minutes getting adjusted. I did not expect to come in to be greeted very nicely immediately they took me to meet Mark Ollinger my chiropractor who not only gave me an adjustment and helped my back but gave me valuable information about my health that I did not except that!! Amazing!!!! There methods here at this Anaheim office is the best and I will be back every visit and my wife at this location thank you team for the best experience

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
