Not having the best experience with this company. The windows themselves are Ok. The seems are very rough and unfinished looking. the weather stripping on a couple is off and can't get it back in place. Installed a window with a broken lock and another with a torn screen. Took 4 to 5 calls to get anyone to call back and take care of these problems. Installed late January and 3 months later found a window with a large crack on the inside. Again it has taken 2 weeks and 4 calls to get the "installer" to call back. Still have not heard back as of today.

Door installed did not have the action ordered. We physically showed the sales guy which way we wanted the door to open. That was the end of that. The follow up measurement person made no mention of the action side. When installers showed up they assured me the door action was what I ordered. Upon installation, the door action was opposite of what we wanted. We immediately called Window World and was told we were informed by all parties we had interface with, we signed the contact with some cryptic acronym noting action of door. Exactly the opposite happened, just like he action of our door. No word was spoken regarding the action of the door after we showed the sales guy what we wanted. When discussing with Window World their comment was, "well it is a center opening door, so no bid deal". It is a bid deal, it is not what we ordered. For a door we didn't order and now don't want we were given a, your stuck with it and we will give you a $200 discount. This was not a satisfying experience or outcome. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are not concerned with customer satisfaction.

We had purchased windows and patio door from Window World back in 2014. The patio door got cracked for some unknown reasons so we called the company. They sent people to replace the entire left side of the patio door. Then we also purchased another 2 windows from them this year. It took a while but i can understand because of the pandemic. The customer service and quality remain as good as i can ask for. I am very happy about the comapny.

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as they arrive for your installation.

Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed helps determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30-60 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
