The longer you are with them the worse your customer service will get. Feel free to gamble on your experience with them but mine was not the greatest. If you have a problem you might as well forget about a solution because they will never take responsibility for any of their mess ups. Forget about communication with management you might as well spit in the wind. You have a better chance of winning the lotto than getting any assistance.

Great location to get some hitting done, staff is friendly and works to fix any concerns you have immediately. In my case the pitching machine was throw balls low and outside and staff went and fixed the issue. Will return many times.
