have been to this location twice in the last month and both times my experience was wonderful. the waiting room was very clean. they took me within 5 mins of my appointment. the ladies that did my blood draws, 1st time maria and 2nd jackie, got me on first try (which doesn't always happen) and they were very nice. only place i'll go for blood tests from now on

I am the kind of person who usually leave a good comments on places and restaurants that I've been to. But for this place, I'm sorry to say that the customer service was poor. I went there twice for my blood draw. The first time I went, I was denied service because one of the ladies in there ( she is short with black hair, wearing eyeglasses and can speak mexican) said that I was late and they already called my name. I came 2 minutes early before my scheduled appointment at 11:20. All I know is that if you are in the place where you have an appointment 2 mins or even 1 min before your scheduled time, they will still entertain you. But, sad to say it did not happen. I waited 13 more minutes until someone came ou, which was the lady I mentioned above. That same lady was very rude when I asked her a question nicely. It seems that she wants to tell me by her action to get out of her face. So I left. I scheduled another appointment for the following week. I checked in very early which was 11:02 and waited for a long time. My schedule was 11:20 again but got called at 11:32. It went well, but, I got scratched from the needle that was used to draw my blood when it was pulled out from my vein. I took a picture of it to remind me of the bad experienced thay I had.

Very rude. I checked in wrong (my fault) but the Hispanic lady could have been a little nicer. I wish I would have gotten her name. She could have showed me how to check in properly I stead of almost cutting me off every time I was talking. When I was explaining to her that my doctor send me in for an emergency visit to get blood work done she kept cutting me off and cutting me off saying I needed an appointment. Not once did she even let me finish my sentence. Very rude I would not recommend anyone to come here

To start off the staff was extremely rude. The first girl Amber refused my service because I didn’t have the “right insurance” even tho I’ve been coming here for 2 years and she wasn’t letting me explain myself, kept cutting me off. After I told another lady at the desk to run my card she said it did work. While I was getting my blood drawn (I didn’t get the girls name) but she was very young and seemed extremely nervous, when she went in with the needle she said “don’t look at me because I’ll get nervous” I pulled my arm back and said girl are you sure you know what your doing? And she started freaking out and saying “why would you say that to me now I’m even more nervous” I felt bad and let her draw the blood but her hands were shaking so bad the entire time and she forgot to remove the tourniquet off my arm while taking my blood lol this whole quest location is a mess. Also the Asian and Mexican lady are always screaming at the other patients in the waiting room.
