I have received my new Driver license today by mail but it has already opened , so Is that somebody in the office or delivery is trying to steal my information. I just want to let people know and be aware of it....!!!!

You should call the PO to ask them and let them know. Don't think the PO would have a reason or do that. =^..^=

Also sometimes dmv doesn’t seal their envelopes correctly.
