I would like to take the time to acknowledge how beautiful The Barkley apartments are. Management always bends over backwards to help the residents. Maintance really knows their stuff and fix things quickly. But that’s not all we have the best security team here Officer. and his team walk the property every night checking to make sure the gates are closed, checks the trash enclosure ensuring there’s no homeless and they even check all the lights making note of the ones that don’t work. I absolutely love Out security they are a phenomenal security company. Plan on enjoying the barkley for many years to come.

"The new Patrol Company Pacific Coast Patrol is amazing". I had the pleasure to meet Adam this evening as he was doing his patrol and he stoped me to introduced himself to me and asked how.my evening was going and gave me the number for security and let me know that we can call for any issues. Love how that young man was walking around checking for all the burnt out lights and checking trash areas that young man is on point and a very professional young man we appreciate there hard work. The new management is also amazing very polite and always have a smile. The maintaince guys are also very quick to respond to issues. And we love the new modern paint job looks very nice

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.
