Look, residents and people need to be aware of the Incredibly high theft rate in this area and we have had to file a police report on 3 separate occasions due to burglary that occurred in our own carport. We no longer feel safe here as of the past year and management shows no consideration or empathy to what has happened to us. They just tell us to file a police report. Incidents occur in the am (5-8am) but security is no longer present at this time. This entire community is unsafe in our eyes and we are now living in paranoia due to the theft that occurs right outside our apartment. People need to be aware of these incidents as it does help decide a living situation and living how my wife and I have been this past year is not healthy for anyone and their well-being. This has been a tremendous stressful experience living here and I can’t wait for the lease to end in a couple of months. If management even showed some sort of empathy I wouldn’t be writing this review but we are so frustrated having to deal with vehicle theft 3 times in less than 12 months. This is just unacceptable for anyone’s living situation.

Love love love absolutely love this place. I’ve lived in different apartment complexes but these guys by far have made my experience WAYY more enjoyable. Shoutout to Christina, Audra, Vy, Jeff and everyone else working here for welcoming us as a part of their Breve Park family. I’ve never felt more at home and the events they put on for us residents make it even more fun!

Lived her for just over a year and was thrilled with my experience (2019-2020). Vy, Christina, and Jeff all go above and beyond to make their residents feel appreciated and to ensure the best living experience. Big shoutout to the other staff members as well! The staff were extremely accommodating to my personal needs, in numerous ways, when they absolutely did not need to be. I've lived in several apartment complexes over the past 10 years, and can confidently say that this was the best experience of them all. Thanks for an amazing living experience!

JUST CHOOSE THOSE PLACE IF IT'S WITHIN YOUR DRIVING RANGE!!! Hi, Just moved out of here after about at least 3 years and honestly enjoyed my time there at this smaller, personal-like apartment complex. Maintenance staff was on point and grounds are very well kept. But gotta thank and appreciate the front office staff of Christina, Vy, Audra and Jeff who definitely made these apartments feel like home and pretty much help me decide to stay there and addition 2 yrs longer than that of what I've originally planned on. Cheers staff!!
