I'm traveling for my business trip, and had some boxes to ship out for overnight. I should of asked for a cut off time, but I would of expected for the employee to reinforce that rather than wasting my time when I had perishable items. I go in early in the morning before opening, only to be greeted by a lady that doesn't seem to know how to do their damn job. If I remember correctly, I presented my photo ID and was able to provide proof of my orders that were never sent out. Yet, it seemed like she wanted me to keep giving her proof. Never ever shipping at this location again. FedEx get it together. We as customers pay your bills.

I went in here to print some Lakers tickets as i was worried about not having a way to print them while traveling. The worker was very friendly and he helped me figure out their printers. It was a very hassle free experience and I was in and out.
