Wish I could give 2.5 stars. Giving 3 stars because I’ve lived here 2 years now and I love our unit inside. The maintenance team is also great & always happy. However, NOT SAFE. Packages stolen, ring cameras stolen, car windows broken, burglary from cars. The office is aware of the safety issue but they will not install cameras (I asked) or hire security. Also, aminities constantly broken - hottub is usually really cold, elevator breaks like daily.

Stayed here a few days. Seems like a nice complex. Good fitness center, beautiful outdoor courtyards. Parking garage is a little tight. Halls smelled like trash sometimes.

Nice but didn't find apartment amazing or luxurious. I didn't get to check out any of the amenities - yoga area, pool, gym, barbecue grills so this review is just about the apartment and parking area. The 3 bedrooms aren't very big but kitchen, dining and living room areas are nice and open - no walls separating the areas and large windows to let in natural light.

At first we weren't too sure about this place because being that it was in Anaheim, it automatically was going to be expensive. Although these wonderful apartments are a little on the pricey end ($2,000/mo for a 2 bedroom), they are one of the nicest places in the area.If your rented place is on the 1st floor, it will be surrounded by concrete and double-pained windows making these very quite and noise is hardly noticeable at all. This place has tons of nice people, a huge pool and Jacuzzi, gym and yoga studio, pool tables and shuffle board and a fantastic view of the Angel's Stadium, where you can then see the after game fireworks. Take a roll on by these spacious, beautiful and even pet friendly apartments that are equivalent to that of a 4-5 star hotel resort.

Nobody picks up after their dogs, cockroaches everywhere, dog piss inside the building in the hallways, loud obnoxious neighbors. Its got everything. Look, take a good luck around and inside the building. I’ve seen dog feces smeared all over the sidewalks, dog feces inside the parking garage. Place is filthy, take a good look before you consider moving here. The office workers are rude as all hell too. They just play the customer service bs card. Please take a good look around, dont take my word for it. I urge you. Dont waste any money here. We are leaving as soon as possible, and it isnt soon enough. I was threatened by a neighbor, and because she knew the office workers it was okay and they ignored my worries. What a great place to call home! This place is absolutely terrible. Wouldnt live here if the three bedroom apartment went for 1000. Hell, even if i was paid to. It just would never be enough.
