Does anyone know if A 2 month old baby can re enter the United States with a Birth Certificate? My little girls passport is supposed to take 6 months to get here!!!

Yes. Anyone who resides legally in the US, is allowed re-entry into the country. You may experience a delay at the border, probably be sent to secondary inspection for identity verification. To answer your question: Yes. Your baby will be allowed re-entry with the birth certificate.
