Is the san Ysidro border open for permanent residents and US citizens? On 7/15/20
I saw news last night that is been closed for non essentials , I do have a court hearing tomorrow, please help !!

As long as you are a US Citizen or a Green Card holder you can get back into the US. On your way back to the US i recommend you take the Otay Border by foot as it is much faster. Good luck.
