By SAN I assume you mean downtown San Diego. Just hop on either the Orange or Blue line trolleys and they'll take you right downtown. For the GasLamp, your best bet'd be to get off at 5th & C and walk South on 5th for about 2 short blocks and you're soaking in it. HTH!
