Beware! This has to be the worst location. They lose paperwork that’s supposed to be submitted for your claim and if you think you can come here for enrollment for healthcare think again. They’re are very rude, nonchalant, and careless about the veterans that come there. They rather not help you.

It a regional office im pretty sure you can. I usually put them in the box located in the La Jolla VA Hospital.
