The ladies at the information center in the village are knowledgeable and have very good maps too, they guided me how to get to Zion, UT.There is also a Tourists Information Center In Tusayan ( right next to Texaco gas station). He is much more informed and has good knowledge of the area. They will be able to guide you regarding the local transport and how you can get to Antelope canyon. I was driving myself hence did not look much in to the local transport.
Trans-Canyon Shuttle operates a bus from Grand Canyon Village to antelope canyon once daily. Tickets cost $85 and the journey takes 2h.
The shuttles go from Visitor Center, Hermits Rest, to Tusayan. I didn't see any to Antelope Canyon, there might be an alternative not listed on the pocket map.
