If you fly a small plane this is a great destination. Airport staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. The town is a short hike up the road and you right near the entrance into the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Great place to stop in for an overnight, or longer, visit.

Overall great experience, Captain Jack and the guy who runs front desk was friendly and answer any questions we had. Masks required! Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for getting nuisance π€’

From outside the park , thats a possibility but idk off hand.. once you are inside the park there is shuttle busses that can take you everywhere.
No, grand canyon airlines is a small FBO that does not have commercial flights. You could charter a private jet to pick you up at the airport and take you to where you'd like i.e. Kansas City and back. But you would have to do research online on which companies would do that.
Look up on the net
GCN
Dont know, here is an airport
No
Yes
Only if you count an hour away as close then yes. But if not then no.
No airlines offer service to GCN. The closest commercial service is into Flagstaff, about an hour and a half. Prescott has service, about 2 hours. Phoenix has multiple nonstops from DTW, but is a 4 hour drive from the Grand Canyon.
