We were just there this past Saturday and my husband and I both thought, "wow this would be a great backdrop for a wedding". I don't know of the rules but I would call the visitor center and ask. I imagine you could do it, just would have a lot of onlookers. It's $35.00 a vehicle to get in.
I'd check with the park office first about the ceremony. Pictures alone may not be an issue.
