I would think so because you pay one fee for car no matter how many people are in the car.
Try and go on to their website. I believe if you are a veteran or disabled there is some type of discount that I'm not sure which.
Ohh Im not sure about that.But we only pay the entrance like your car pass.That's it and you can access all things inside without paying anything.
