They can leave a note on the board if he is staying there still he might see it or you can go to the gate at 630 to 730 they make everyone go outside for and hour at that time also 12 to 1 pm and 6 to 7 pm so he would most likely be in the court yard at those times if he is staying there
As per the guildlines of Hipaa and personal information HOC can not say he is or is not there unless you are a state representative such as law enforcement. What you can do is post a note on the message board for him and ask staff for a note entry in the case he stays there, staff will see that and let him know to check the message board. Otherwise you can ask around the client circles and if he stays there on occasion or a lot someone will know him. Hope this helped.
