What excellent service used to be. The man knows vacuum cleaners. Our vacuum was broken in two critical pieces. His hands were a blur as he snapped, pushed, pulled , rummaged around in an impressive supplies room & voila cleaner was fixed -- better than new for under $50. I was certain he was going to say -"Not worth fixing." Ah, the good ol' days. Go Mr. Harold!

Love that great store friendly people cheap prices wheelchair accessible kind of hard to park you don't really have a parking spot but you park around the back of the store and then you walk around the front to get in but very friendly funny people I will go there again highly recommend for any vacuum cleaner parts

The guy was sweet and knowledgable. I showed him the input part of a vacuum bag and told him I needed hepa bags and he knew exactly what I needed with very little explanation. He also knows how to repair vacuums but specializes on kirby's. I know where to take my vacuum if the transmission fails! He seemed fairly priced as well.

Great place, but had to return a sewing machine for same repair
I am mixed and was just at Harold's 3 weeks ago to get a vacuum repaired, very polite, and professional.
I've been going to Harold's for 13 years. They're both knowledgable and worth the price to fix sewing machinesof army brand or age. Mine are 20+years old!

Yes, they can service just about any machine ever made. They're very competent, professional, and efficient. They're prices are not inflated and they are honest. I've been using them for over 20 years and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are!
service cleaning for sewing machine will run $69.95 which is a great price for quality service. And yes any odd noise coming from your vacuum cant be a good one. Bring it in we can get it fixed for ya.
