Poor communication and refusal or service because they schedule appointments on request for a quote but never call to confirm appointment was made. Don’t bother, many local places in Spokane will get you done right, cheaper, and better quality costumer service. :)

I first discovered Ziebart of Spokane in October of 2021. I scheduled a ceramic coating, PPF & undercoating with them for my '22 4runner after doing a bit of research online and calling around the various places that offered those services. I decided to book my appointment with Ziebart after speaking with Brian on the phone. He was able to easily answer all of the questions I had and he seemed like a straight shooter. I dropped off my 4runner at Ziebart during the first week of November 2021 and picked it up a week after. They did an outstanding job and I couldn't recommend them more. Since that appointment I have been in contact with Dave & Brian for a few different things. They are always very eager and willing to help the best they can. They are always polite and knowledgeable and they do a great job of making you feel like family. If you are looking for an honest, professional and friendly detailing service in Spokane, look no further! Dave & Brian will do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied with their work and they will make it right if you have any reasonable issues or concerns.

Depends on the vehicle and it's paint condition. Brian looked my car and give me a great deal. No more Bird or tree sad droppings or hard water stains or fading for like 7 years. Dirt, grime etc won't adhere anymore. No more need to wax. Well worth the price considering it's longevity.
