Go someplace else for a truck top. Waited 4 months for an ARE top. Went in for install that took 3 hours only to have wires hanging down from the window and the integration to the truck locks not working. Meili told me “this happens all the time because it is a bad design”. The gave me the window clip to fix myself. They said they would replace the window and did not, I am now wasting another 1/2 day waiting for them to remove “poorly designed lock” and refund the extra money that I paid. Additionally, the glass window has to be manually lifted. Meili again claims this is just a bad design, honestly the gas lifters are simply underpowered. Perhaps Meili could have warned me against this poor ARE product but they did not. I strongly recommend that your purchase a different topper from a shop other than Meili.

Great looking canopy, just installed. When I left the back up camera was not working. Came back only to be told "oh wow, we don't go near that camera. Not our fault" I said it worked when I came in! Nope not our fault, he again states. I climb under the truck right in front of him and clearly see that there is a new wire connected to my camera/power supply. I will go elsewhere to have it repaired. Bad customer service. Won't ever get my business again.

Edited 8/9/21: Got my canopy on and I love it. And it only took a few weeks to come through this time. The canopy is beautiful and fits great! I also had them put on my tent which they did for a discount because of the issue with the PO. Overall I feel they came through for me and I am happy. So, I will revise this pending proper solving of my issue. I ordered and paid for a canopy for my 2020 Tundra. I waited over two months and I was told it was in. I took off work to get it installed and it turns out they had canceled my order as there were no means to differentiate customers with same last names (another Mayo canceled an order and mine was canceled instead). Now I still don't have my $4K canopy and I am going to miss the entire summer / camping season, which is why I ordered the canopy when I did. No one has called me yet so I am assuming I am back on the 2-3 month backlog. Extremely Disapointed.

We can trade your old top in on a new one, we would have to see the Snugtop to give you a value on it. The ARE tops do come painted to match.

If its a canopy Meili's can do it , this has been my experience with them , i have purchased 6 in two years , and will buy 5 more this year ! Fast frindly honest -
