When I bought my truck the salesman agreed to put in a backup camera. Snows was chosen to do the work by the dealer. I was there on time for install but glass person wasn't, so the dealers service center tried to take the old one off and broke my windshield. As far as I know, Snows completed the work just fine.

A little frustrated when quoted $350 to install a winch on my Jeep, turned into $900. It may have been avoided, if the salesman came out to look at the winch to see if anything else was needed, like we had asked. I even asked if a bracket was needed to hold the winch. We were told NOPE, it should all be there. Took his word, because this is what they do, right??? Dropped my jeep off for my install, and got a call about 1 1/2 hrs later that I needed a $355 bracket, and they will be charging additional shop time, because the whole bumper needs to be removed. I feel the removal of the bumper wasn't my problem, they should have known. They did however find the parts I needed, and went to get them. But, I wanted to give the guy that put the winch on, credit for doing a really nice job. I would give him all 5 stars, if this review was based on his work alone. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name.

I'm very selective about who I let work on my classic 69 Camaro, but I happen to know the new manager Ed through the classic car community and trusted him that his guy Jared could finish my stereo system by installing the subwoofer and amplifier. I'm glad I did! Jared was fantastic and treated my car with the appreciation it deserves. I will readily go back if I need other work done.

Recently went to Snow's Auto for a quote on the purchase and installation of tower speakers for our new boat. Upon arrival we were greeted by Brian who immediately inquired about our budget and what we were wanting. We felt like he truly listened and met our need and didn't try to up sell us. The installation was done professionally and we're thrilled with the service and new system.
