From announcement to construction to opening. How long did it take? I'm waiting for the location in Vancouver WA that's scheduled for "Spring 2020" and wonder if that translates to something like June 2020 at the latest.

It took a while for the Eugene location to get finished. Like a year.

I'm not sure how long it took but I did talk to the people at the Vancouver Mall Office about 2 months ago and they told me with how slow contruction is going it is expected to open somewhere this summer. (They didn't give me a specific month) Sorry I didn't give you a complete answer hope you find the information helpful
