Overall fun place but, can get expensive. So check Groupon and Round One website for deals. Every time we have had an issue the employees just don't care. They have straight up said "you can leave" that's how it is. Definitely not a good vibe from Management. Kids love this place so good luck getting them to leave once you go in. Just read all the fine print because these guys play by their rules and don't care to accommodate the guests.

My tip: walk around the entire place and then strategize. It's big! Arcade games can be pricey but it's super fun! The claw machines are addictive, you have been warned. The staff, who are chronically short staffed currently due to COVID, are amazing! They helped with machines multiple times and we're super kind each time. There's a prize store to cash in your points for stuff. It's a noisy place but the bathrooms drown out most of the noise and are kept looking nice. Haven't tried bowling or food yet but will next time!

Me and my family had such a wonderful time here. And the stuffed animals Machines are not rigged so you can actually win stuff here. My partner won us so many things today. It was awesome. And they have such a huge Variety of arcade games here to play.

I would have to say that this is quite possibly handsdown the greatest arcade experience ever to be found in the city of Eugene. The staff were super friendly and top notch, the food like their buffalo chicken wings and pepperoni pizza were some of the most delicious I ever had in over 14 years, and the amount of arcade games you can play is so vast you can get lost in it all too easily. I rate this whole dreamy wonderland 10 out of 5 stars, it made me feel like a little kid in the early 2000s again and I believe to the bottom of my soul that it will do the same for anyone else no matter how old they may be. 🙏🚀🍕😋🕹🤩👍

Sound good 👍
There are a couple to choose from. I saw the Miku Hatsune Project Diva arcade, some DDR dance style games (2 or 3) and a few screen tapping rhythm games. All in Japanese of course. *Edit* There is also Guitar Hero Arcade (English), a Japanese guitar equivalent, and a japanese drum set game!
Yes, I think there are about 3 types. An older model that has 2 joined seat cabinets, and also 2 newer models. Both are 4 seater cabinets. Making a total of 10 seated units. None are the more extravagant models with moving cockpits, but theyre fun nonetheless! Only the older model can be played with a time card.
Round1 has multiple dance games and they do have DDR Dance dance revolution I played it a few weeks ago
The mall has a code of conduct that states they only allow service animals. This might extend to the Round1 space.
you can reload your card through the round1 app now, give that a try
Not with the current restrictions. Next review date to see if we can come out of extreme risk is December 18th.
Yep. No outside food or drinks but their prices aren't horrible either.
They will change the figures if either they run out first, or after announcing new prizes on their website/app. But most likely have to wait till all current stock is empty before they change. This is what happens at the Southcenter location in Washington. So it would be safe to assume that it would be the same rules here.
Yes, 3
It took a while for the Eugene location to get finished. Like a year.
It is open until 2 am but children are not allowed in after 2pm just adults. I thought it was strange to but some co workers said that they were open until 2 am just no children allowed in after 2 pm
It is open now!
