My neighbor has a security camera pointed at my front door, is that legal? My entire property is surrounded by a 6ft fence and the ONLY way to see my front door is to go through a gate and walk 90ft up my driveway. Is there anything I can do?

It seems that this issue is one that has yet to be determined. Light trespass is a violation (neighbor flood lights beaming onto other properties), dogs barking excessively (+15 min) is a violation, etc... IMO, this simply needs to be challenged on the basis of personal privacy & the right for an individual to secure their own property ending at their property. Possibly the public street. Run with it! With urban density as the City's goal, these questions do need answers.

Unfortunately, there may not be much you can do about this since the cam is on their property.
