No 550 a month space rent. 55 and over.
Ms. Cardin, These apartments are great, and they are for low income families. However, the income cap is very high and the units are awesome. They fall into a different category than just "low income". These apartments are part of a group of three complexes; we call it 'The Village'. There's 'Oak Leaf', 'Green Leaf', and 'Apple Orchard'. Apple Orchard is the newest and nicest (in my humble opinion). I realize that you asked your question several months ago, Ms. Cardin, but I do so hope that this helps you! Best Wishes, 🤞🏻🤓🖖🏼
