Amazing coaches, great equipment, and an overall awesome environment to be in! Workouts are difficult but difficult enough to push you in the right direction.

Very good workouts for an hour and all the coaches in burbank otf are positive and are very helpful with workouts. The staff at the front desk are very nice too. Since last october 2021 i've been coming to Burbank OTF i've improved a lot with strength and stamina. I've improved 2:40 from my last mile 6 months ago and i definitely can feel myself stronger lifting things that use to be heavy for me. I truely believe this is from the work outs and great coaching at burbank otf as well as a positive community who are very encouraging.

Love the staff and workout routines. Excited to show up for the next class. The class is at your own pace, just like having a personal trainer (much more affordable, however). Come here if you want to get your sweat on!

I love this place! This is by far the best 60-minute, intense workout you can get! Orangetheory is one of the best parts of my life. I go 4x a week and I’m in the best physical shape I’ve ever been in. I feel strong, healthy, and fit. I love my Burbank location - the staff is a blast - the coaches are awesome - and I’m always lifted up by my workout buddies. This place has a good vibe. About Orangetheory in general — I love the fact that I don’t have to plan my own workout — I just show up to class and the coach takes us through everything. I also love that every studio in the world does the same workout on any given day — so the online community is always buzzing about “today’s workout” on Reddit or any one of several Facebook groups. I love that every day the workout changes - so I never get bored or tired of doing the same thing…. And …. Lastly — I love the benchmark challenges- cause they help me see that I’m making real progress in my fitness journey. I love this place !
