Ms. Cardin, These apartments are great, and they are for low income families. However, the income cap is very high and the units are awesome. They fall into a different category than just "low income". These apartments are part of a group of three complexes; we call it 'The Village'. There's 'Oak Leaf', 'Green Leaf', and 'Apple Orchard'.
