Pricey ( but what place isnt in eugene isnt!) both the office staff and maintenance workers are good people and prompt when you need help, the community is really good at looking out for people and things that dont belong with in these two complexes. The two pools are a personal favorite for my family. Decently located to get to restraunts and downtown ( usually a 10 minute drive)
