I worked for their sister company in Lake Oswego for two years as med tech and shift lead and was well respected by all residents and their families. When I transferred to Eugene I saw that Greer gardens offered decent care and good food but continually lacks supportive upper level management though not all managers shared the same views. Certain individuals will embellish small issues which can lead to constant staff turnover. At the end of the day this behavior does the residents no favors as they are always dealing with brand new caregivers.They should learn from other locations on how to mediate staff behaviors and conduct. For my opposite experience at this companies other location google The Springs at Carman Oaks and click on my review.

My dad spent a short but impactful period of time at The Springs and we couldn't have been happier there. He recently passed away and at the end was quite sick, every single person we came in contact from administrators to medical technicians to the service staff were helpful, competent at their jobs and perhaps most importantly, kind. They always went above and beyond. The facilities themselves are beautiful, well-appointed and very pleasant to be in. Thank you The Springs at Greer Gardens for everything!

My father spent his last six months in their Assisted Living center, and felt very welcomed and cared for by the staff. I was in periodic contact with administrators due to his needs, and they were accessible, responsive, and attentive. It is a beautiful facility, but more importantly, the people who work there are by and large exceptional and compassionate.

Assisted living cost is based on how much assistance the person would be needing. I think your best bet would be to call them. They do tours daily.

Great place to have your loved one live there
I work at the springs at greer gardens and this place is an independent living, assisted living and memory care facility for the elderly, it is not a resort even though it looks like one. If you are looking for a loved one to live here, i would suggest coming in and talking to someone about cost, im not sure what it costs. I do know they dont take insurance so it is private pay.
