Why do eugene police ofcrs stand around and watch homeless men die when they arrive f irst on the scene after an assault?

BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO AFRAID TO CALL POLICE ON THE GERIATRIC FRAUD SELLING THEM EPILEPSY DRUGS... IM NOT EPILEPTIC BUT SVDP IS HOLDING ME HOSTAGE HOMELESS PRETENDING I AM .....I REFUSE THIER DRUGS AND IT MAKES THEM ANGRY .... THE EPILEPSY DRUGS PUT PEOPLE IN COMAS AND DIE FROM DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS

I do not believe they can do anything but make sure no one else bother dieing man. They do notify correct channels. What should they do?

I am Jeff O'Reilly I am the victem of an assault behind the redbarn a few years back from which a report exists in the district Court in Eugene.Ofc.Hubbard and ofc.Barrong stand by for a long time and the fird medic helps the assailent not me even though I was unconscious and barely breathing,no ambulance then they left with the assalent and his friends unaprehended without telling me as I was coming to.E.P.D.Please help. J
