Event parking in two nearby lots - $10.00. Five minute walk tops.

There is "top of the hill" parking lot and another right across Pearl St that both charge $10 cash(Top of the hill) or cash/credit for event parking. Both parking lots are accessible from Pearl St. Both are less than 5m walk.There are parking garages near the theater as well, not as close mind you, but I am not as familiar with those. I have always been able to find a spot at either of the 2 above mentioned.

I would look for parking on Cumberland and the side streets below. You can usually find something within a 10 minute walk
