Well park hours are 9am to 5pm till May, June will be open till 6pm. The reason for the park hours is so that wildlife can roam the hills peacefully. They give us enough time to enjoy the hills so we should also let wildlife enjoy it as much as we do.
just dont park there or youll get a ticket after the trail closes...
I hiked to the water towers at night but i also dnt hve a oz of fear either so go for it
6aM TO 6PM HIKING TRAIL IS OPEN... PLUS, COYOTES COME OUT AT NIGHT :)
